These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 188jilo ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 188jilo online gaming platform accessible at https://188jilo.net and all associated services, features, content, and mobile-optimised interfaces.

By completing the 188jilo registration process, clicking "I Agree," making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform — regardless of the device or browser used — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To register and maintain an active account on 188jilo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 188jilo. The existence of multiple accounts linked to the same individual — identified by name, date of birth, government ID, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held within them, including winnings, may be forfeited at 188jilo's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 188jilo login credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS OTP codes sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your account.

All activity conducted through your 188jilo account — including all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been carried out by you personally. 188jilo will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access occurred as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must notify 188jilo support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• You must keep your registered email address and Philippine mobile number current and accessible, as these are used for identity verification and security alerts.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the 188jilo platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• You must ensure that all payment methods linked to your account are registered in your own legal name.
• You must update your account profile promptly if any of your registered personal details change, including your residential address or contact information.

All financial transactions on 188jilo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing times vary by payment method and are published in the 188jilo Cashier section.

Deposits are credited to your 188jilo balance upon confirmed receipt by the platform's payment processors. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within 1–2 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. 188jilo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, Philippine bank processing times, or network interruptions.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 188jilo account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed, regardless of deposit method.
• 188jilo reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source-of-funds declarations — for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or are flagged by our compliance systems.
• Funds that have not met applicable bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until turnover conditions are satisfied.
• 188jilo does not charge processing fees for standard GCash or PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur nominal inter-bank fees imposed by the receiving financial institution.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 188jilo promotions:

• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds are not transferable and hold no monetary value until wagering requirements are fully met.

• Each promotion is available to each eligible player once only, unless explicitly stated as a recurring or reload offer.

• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or abuse of promotional mechanics will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the 188jilo platform — including live casino, slots, bingo, Sabong Live, sports betting, and fishing games — operate according to their respective published game rules. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money. 188jilo accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 188jilo use certified RNG technology to ensure unpredictable and statistically fair outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments and are subject to independent oversight. Sabong Live streams are sourced from PAGCOR-licensed cockfighting arenas and are broadcast in real time.

Sports betting markets on 188jilo — covering PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and international football — are subject to separate sportsbook rules governing settlement, void conditions, and in-play betting restrictions. These rules are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 188jilo platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, including a minor.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of any criminal activity, in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating in games involving multiple players.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies to generate profits beyond normal gameplay outcomes.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 188jilo staff, live dealers, or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the 188jilo platform — including but not limited to the 188jilo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 188jilo or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 188jilo platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 188jilo content without prior written authorisation from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 188jilo intellectual property — including scraping game data, reproducing the platform interface, or using the 188jilo brand in third-party content without permission — constitutes an infringement of these Terms and applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 188jilo and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.

188jilo's total cumulative liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 188jilo's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

188jilo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all registered players. Online gaming should be a form of entertainment. If gaming begins to feel like a financial obligation, causes stress, or negatively affects your daily life — these are warning signs that require immediate attention.

As part of 188jilo's responsible gaming framework, the following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your 188jilo account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 188jilo. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

188jilo collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on 188jilo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 188jilo Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your full name, date of birth, government ID details, residential address, and Philippine mobile number — is used exclusively for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming purposes. 188jilo does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your financial transaction data, including GCash and bank transfer records, is handled in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) reporting requirements under Philippine law. 188jilo may be legally required to disclose transaction information to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine government authorities upon valid regulatory demand.

188jilo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements, including age or residency requirements.
• Involvement in collusion, cheating, or abuse of the platform's systems or promotions.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Security concerns, including suspected unauthorised account access.

Upon account closure by 188jilo for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of bonuses and amounts subject to investigation may be returned to the player's verified payment method at 188jilo's discretion, subject to the completion of applicable compliance checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 188jilo support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their formation, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

188jilo operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints relating to the conduct of 188jilo as a licensed online gaming operator may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English language version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation.
